REIS developed a full Professional Risk Liability Package designed specifically for the real estate industry. The policy extended to cover the following:

REIS has also recently evolved and expanded the cover to include the changes to the industry under REAA 2008, something that is not clearly offered or understood outside of the REIS offering.

With the growing database, REIS was able
to secure a Commercial Motor Scheme and competitive Business Assets cover for
Real Estate Agents.

REIS have continued to enhance our member services offering and to be an absolute Real Estate Industry specialist. This has included regular knowledge based articles in the REINZ journal
– “The Hub”

REIS has also become a member of Insurance Advisernet NZ Ltd in May 2010 which has allowed us to compete with larger foreign owned broking houses as well as giving us a nationwide distribution network.
